GUIDELINES:
We are a non-smoking establishment for guests age 16 and older.
Price is in U.S. dollars, per night, per room, double occupancy.
We cannot accommodate large household pets at this time. There are kennels in Alexandria Bay that can house your "best friend". If your pet, under 25 lbs., is content and quiet in a crate, we can allow it's presence in your room with a deposit of $200.00, refunded upon your departure, provided there is no damage to the property.

Check-in: 3:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
Please let us know if you will check-in after 6:00 pm.
BOOKINGS
For one-night stay: Payment in full with reservation.
For two or more nights: A deposit equal to one-night's stay.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, traveler's checks.
Personal checks accepted only with a seven day waiting period for clearance. New York State and Jefferson County require additional charges of 7.75% tax and 2.25% process fee for payment with personal check. You've gotta love New York.
Cash is king! And of course, happily accepted, but reservations must still be made with a major credit card.
CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds provided for cancellations made at least 14-days prior to occupancy, less a non-refundable $20.00 cancellation fee.
No refund provided for cancellations made within the 14-day period unless we are able to rebook your room. Every attempt will be made to do this for you. You have the option of taking a "raincheck" for a future stay, reservations subject to availability.
EXTRA GUESTS:
An option available in the CAPTAIN'S SUITE only, for one extra person, subject to availability.
$100.00 extra guest fee includes a cot, sheets, towels and breakfast.

Chocolates: With advance notice, upon your arrival or with turn-down service. $25.00
